"Top Spanish Tapas" is the new "Orce Serrano Hams" blog, a place where we like to publish recipes with a difference, informative articles and the odd daily occurance that can only happen in Andalucia!

So why this blog? Well, we thought it would be good for friends, family and our customers to read about our exploits as they happen (living in rural Spain can be quite a challenge!)

So, here we will be publishing a mixture of recipes, day to day Andalucian adventures, launching products that have never seen UK shores and even some contribution from Spanish suppliers and neighbours (¡¡¡saben cocinar!!!)
